Thank you for your interest in attending Quest High School. There are a few steps you will need to take in order to enroll.
Click on the Online Application button below to begin the enrollment process. An enrollment specialist will contact you to assist you with the registration process.
The enrollment process requires the following:
Complete online enrollment application below
Read and sign school expectations and forms. This packet can be provided to you if you stop by our school or you can print them out below
Withdrawal slip from previous school
Unofficial transcripts from the previous school
Proof of residency (State driver’s license or state id, water, electric, gas, cable or phone bill. You may request a full list of accepted documents at the front desk.)
Special Education Records (IEP) if applicable
Once we have all of these documents, the student and his or her parent/guardian will need to attend an orientation with a member of our staff. No parent/guardian is required if student is 18 years or older.
