Policies

The following is a summary of the expectations that exist at Quest High School for the purpose of maintaining a safe, quality environment:
**For a complete and detailed list see the Quest High School Student Handbook.
- All members of the class should make every attempt to maintain the dignity of both the student and the adult during a disciplinary situation.
- All members of the class should be guided and expected to solve the problems they create without creating problems for anyone else.
- All members of the class should see a reasonable connection between their actions and the consequences that follow.
- All members of the class should be given opportunities to make decisions and live with the consequences, be they good or bad.
- Students should have an opportunity to present his or her side of the story at a later time that is mutually convenient.
- QHS believes that adult’s emphasis should be placed on helping student’s learn to problem solve and to adopt new behaviors, instead of making students “pay” for past misdeeds.
